This thesis deals with residential real estate market in the Great Britain and its development. The thesis describes all evalution methods used in the Great Britain, it also describes the current state of the property market, expert work and in the end are described in detail the methods used for the valuation of the house. In thesis attachment is an exemplar of the evalution report for a house in the Great Britain according to the standards and the methodologies used by the evaluation experts in the United Kingdom.

Červená kniha biotopů České republiky

Cílem projektu je vypracování podkladů pro knižní publikaci (rukopis), která uzavře řadu "červených knih" a vyhodnotí podle moderního pojetí ochrany přírody přírodní biotopy. Řešení projektu bylo rozděleno do tří částí: 1. Sestavení dílčích přehledů červených druhů různých skupin charakteristických pro biotopy (klasifikace podle Katalogu biotopů), 2. Sestavení vegetačních charakteristik biotopů a charakteristických druhů cévnatých rostlin, 3. Analýza prostorových charakteristik biotopů (na základě výsledků mapování biotopů).
